A turnkey project is a delivery method in which a single entity—a contractor—works with a project owner under a single contract to complete all stages of a project from detail engineering through construction.

We offer primarily Fixed Price and Cost Plus contracts for the majority of our projects.

For the majority of construction projects, yes you do need a permit. There are only a small amount of specific circumstances in which a permit is not required for a project.
